Managing Director of Cabinet Mimran Brunet and graduate of ISG Paris and CFA AGROPOLIS, Mathieu draws on his knowledge and experience of the agricultural and agri-food sector to help entrepreneurs grow their businesses.

François is a land and agricultural expert as well as a winegrower in the Luberon region. He specializes in the management, valuation and auditing of agricultural properties. He also assists investors with land and technical restructuring of their farms.

An independent oenologist and trainer at the CFPPA in Hérault (Agropolis campus), Lucie specializes in providing operational support to wine estates. She is particularly involved in discussions surrounding the creation of ranges of fully and partially dealcoholized wines.
